Ray's pictures of traveling wall display and memorial

Hi Bert, I ,just came in from the wall. We were suppose to work from 8:00 to 12:00, but worked till about 4:00. I enjoyed helping people find names and listening to there stories. They seemed to talk to me more than the young Air Force helping out. I was wearing my Viet Nam vet hat, so they could relate to me more, I guess. Everyone said this could not have been pulled off without the help of Sheppard Air base people, I tried to thank all that I could. Most were young people giving time on a week-end and it is 97 deg. When I was in , I vol. for nothing. I took some pictures that I am sending. This is a casket lid for things left at the wall.  (Ray)

Here are the names from June 2nd and Cpt Miller

I am sure, as with me, there are many more names on the wall that you knew well,
I had my list and searched them out in between helping others  (Ray)
